 Andy  has now established himself as one of the games leading entertainers performing in pubs and clubs throughout the U.K and abroad. The exhibitions are good light hearted fun giving players of all standards the opportunity to play a professional pool player. There are prizes given out to any player who beats Andy via a lucky numbers game and the possible jackpot is £1000 and all these prizes are provided by Andy's sponsors.

Pool Bingo

 Andy has also designed a unique game which runs along side the exhibition called 'pool bingo' which keeps everyone involved throughout as there are cash prizes to be won. By buying a pool bingo card the spectator will be hoping to see the blackball pot in the pocket they have marked on their pool bingo card, and so by circling that number on their card, as per the normal bingo style, that person then hopes to get the most numbers circled and win the cash prize. With everyone having different numbers it creates a fantastic atmosphere with people continually shouting out the number they are hoping for.  A full breifing is given before hand but its actually a very simple concept but incredibly effective entertainment.

                               How come its free ?

Andy really enjoys performing exhibitions and only looks to charge £275 but that is considerably less than his true value but even that is a stumbling block for venues in this competitive market which is why Andy has gone to great lengths to help the person being able to create the funds for the exhibition , meaning it wont cost a penny and should end up being very profitable for the venue also.

                                    How it works

You the host have 3 things that you can sell to create your exhibition kitty. This will pay or at least help to pay for the exhibition and the prizes for the 'pool bingo' game.

1. 20 places available for challengers to take on Andy.

2. 150 pool bingo cards

3. Arena advertising space. Andy has a portable arena that he sets up before the exhibition and this consists of 6 advertising boards.

                                    An example

Each exhibition can vary as the event organiser has a better idea of how much to charge for the different aspects. A typical example is as follows:

20 spaces at £5 each = £100                                                                                  

150 Pool Bingo cards at £2 each = £300

2 arena advertising spaces at £50 each = £100

Thats a total of £500. Take away Andy's fee of £275 and you have 225 which would be given out as prizes during the pool bingo game. That is if you want to use all the above options, its completely up to you. The arena is there anyway and comes free of charge where as it is hired out to other players exhibitions at a cost of £250. So the chance to sell advertising space is entirely optional. These are just options to help you raise the funds for the exhibition but if you dont need that help then you dont need to bother with some of these options. They do all help to add to the exhibition appearance and format also though which is why they work so well.

The Prizes

The prizes for the pool bingo game will be dictated by how much you sell your cards for. Whatever funds raised are given out as prizes and this will add to a great night for the winners.

Any of the challengers who beat Andy in there games will also get a chance to win a prize in a lucky numbers game which takes place at the end. The prizes vary from a bottle opener to a £1000 Jackpot. All prizes for the lucky numbers game are provided by Andy's sponsors and included in the £275 booking fee.

Its your exhibition so its up to you how much you want to sell the above for. These exhibitions have been really successfull and this is mainly due to the fact that they are so easily achievable financially and just require a bit of time to help promote them. Help and advice is given leading up to the event and you also get sent a promotion pack which actually does the promotion work for you.

To book an event you need to email andy@poolexhibitions.co.uk or call 0789 999 1739 to arrange a date and time. Then to secure this date a deposit of £50 is required. After the deposit is paid the promotion pack is posted out . You will take this deposit back yourself from your exhibition kitty and pay Andy the remaining £225 upon arrival for the exhibition.
